Injection compression moulding
In contrast to conventional injection moulding, injection compression moulding involves injection into the slightly open mould and the cavity not closing until during the solidification process. This stamping enables a more direct and event transmission of force to the molten plastic. In contrast to conventional production, parts produced with injection technology exhibit less distortion and intrinsic tension. As thinner walls in comparison to injection moulding are possible at the same time, the technology is also very economical.
