This is an investment that pays off for customers in the long term. If possible, we’re glad to drop by. But you can also send your injection mould or system to the Hofmann Service Centre. If you’d like, we can also arrange for collection. We would be happy to take on and complete your maintenance documentation. Get in touch with us if your tool or system needs repair. We will take care of it as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. On request and if possible, we’ll be happy to provide you with a cost estimate for repairs.

We define the expendable parts of your tool or system together with you during the construction phase. By means of maintenance contracts we can arrange the further steps in advance. During regular inspections, parts are replaced by our service staff if necessary.

We sample tools and systems to make sure they meet specified properties. We carry out qualified sampling using the modern machinery of our partner, Hofmann Möglichmacher. We’re also happy to set up your customer machinery for testing tools and associated peripherals on our premises. If you’re interested in sampling, Hofmann Impulsgeber is happy to support you.

We promise that your tool will function perfectly. All tools and systems are tested in our technical centre before delivery or directly on the customer’s premises. We carry out acceptance tests and commissioning in accordance with current quality assurance guidelines using state-of-the-art injection moulding machines. On request, we offer machine and process capability tests, initial sample test reports, necessary measuring and testing gauges and grippers.
