Polyurethane surfaces

Thanks to our 15 years of experience in the field of polyurethane, our multi-component tools are ready to produce high-quality panels with scratch-resistant PU lacquer surfaces. In combination with spray embossing or IML/IMD technology, our tools create products with first-class surface quality and fascinating surface finishes.

For maximum cost-effectiveness: Due to our precise production and systematic approach in the correction phase, you get a maximum of reproducibility and accuracy for connectors, electronic assemblies and functional components.

Overmoulding of electronic circuit boards with thermoset is just as easy to implement as multi-component injection moulding with silicone or insert technology.
