You can have your components in formats of up to 2,700 x 2,700 x 1,600 mm produced easily in our contract manufacturing department. Drilling, milling, measuring – our 5-axis milling machines such as our DMU 270 P handle the complete manufacturing process seamlessly for you.

Ideal for your single parts and series production, our fully automatic robot lines measure components, select the right milling tool from up to 1,000 stored milling tools, mill your component and then clean it to achieve the most accurate results during the subsequent measurement test. If something doesn’t fit, the component is sent straight back to automatic machining.

While our measuring room inspects smaller components, we can check larger components for accuracy directly in the producing machine. Optimization potential is thus quickly identified and immediately perfected thanks to our automatic robot lines.

Even though a lot happens fully automatically in our mechanical engineering – some processes are still best handled manually. Therefore, if necessary, our experts process, wire and pre-assemble by hand or install complete machines, such as those from our customer Concept Laser.
